All of our passionate and dedicated teachers meet the highest international standards with formal qualifications and extensive experience in teaching English to adults.

Angga

Although I originally studied Economics at university, I’ve been in English education for over 12 years now and hold a Masters in English Language Teaching from Leeds Beckett University. I’ve been in many roles in my teaching career, including teacher supervisor and tutor in teacher development programmes such as the Cambridge CELTA. But now, I’m very excited to go back into teaching students as that’s my real passion.

Daniel

Daniel has been teaching English since 2013 in Europe, South Korea and most recently in Australia. He has the Trinity Certificate and Diploma in TESOL as well as formal qualifications in social research, advertising and marketing. He loves to incorporate pronunciation and phonology into his lessons and is very interested in the ways we can engage learners on their long term goals. In his free time he likes to make sure he is well fed, rested and being creative.

Sarah

Sarah leads the British Council Indonesia’s Professional Development Centre, which delivers language and skills training workshops to government ministries, NGOs, and the corporate sector. She helps new hires, management teams, and executives improve their communication skills as they grow and develop their careers. She holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and MA/MBA from York University. She has lived and worked in Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, and the Philippines.

Scott

Scott worked at BC Thailand and Myanmar before joining TC Jakarta and has extensive experience teaching both young learners and adults. He is particularly interested in using technology and video in the classroom. With the Canadian Securities Institute, he completed courses in securities trading and wealth management. When not teaching, you’ll find him buried in a book, watching football, or doing his own homework.
